Claripass is a software tool that helps teams answer security questionnaires by matching questions to existing documentation and generating draft answers. Claripass does not provide legal, compliance, or security advice. All generated answers should be reviewed by qualified personnel before submission.

Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share access with unauthorized individuals.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Claripass.
• You grant Claripass a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the documents you submit.
• We do not use your documents to train models or share them with other customers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Accuracy and Liability

Claripass generates draft answers based on your uploaded documentation. These drafts are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for reviewing all answers before submitting them to any third party. Claripass is not liable for inaccuracies in generated answers or for decisions made based on those answers.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Claripass available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Termination

You may stop using Claripass at any time. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@claripass.com. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
